SPIRITUAL STDs: AN EMERGING PANDEMIC

The hyper-sexualization of society is no secret to any of us, and as many will say “Sex sells.” Yeah, sex sells but what’s the energetic repercussion on society when sex is super imposed into every crevice of our reality? 

Over the years I have worked with thousands of souls, but over the last three to four years I’ve been seeing such an alarming increase in STDs (sexually transmitted diseases)… more specifically, Spiritual STDs as I refer to them. 

While Biological warfare is ever present, and a contributing factor in physical STDs, Spiritual STDs may be even more prevalent and detrimental in many regards because most are not even cognizant of their existence. As someone whose work is centered around restoring sovereignty and aligning & restoring souls, the topic of Spiritual STDs is a critical one as it pertains to spiritual hygiene, sovereignty, dominion, and sacred sexuality. 

Sex is a very energetic act, and while some may think it casual, simply the proximity to one another creates an entanglement if you will. Then there’s the bodily fluids, the power of speech (often leading to domination and energetic linkage)…it’s basically a ritual in and of itself and this can be an extremely overlooked vulnerability for so many. 

Now, you’re probably wondering “What the hell are spiritual STDs?” 

Spiritual STDs are energetic, mental, emotional, or spiritual afflictions transmitted through sexual (and sometimes intimate emotional) contact. These can include:

• Entities or spirits that "hitchhike" per se through open portals during sex

• Unresolved trauma or shadow material passed energetically from one person to another 

• Mental confusion, depression, anxiety, or sudden mood shifts post-intercourse

• Disconnection from spirit/godself, clouded intuition, or psychic dullness

• Persistent thoughts, dreams, cravings, or obsession tied to the other person

• Energetic vampirism (very common), which is where your life force feels drained or your power siphoned. This can manifest in a multitude of ways, but extreme fatigue or exhaustion are common symptoms.

Most people are not cognizant of the energetic repercussions of sex, they’re just worried about an orgasm, a climax, a kink…pleasure, they want pleasure. Sex can serve as a Divine and sacred energetic exchange & pathway for true pleasure,  or it can open up energetic gateways of transference that open you up to psychic and astral infiltration + unsolicited spiritual debris from your sexual partner. Just visualize pathways opening up during intercourse, the more open paths the more “energy” that can travel the path…and trust me not all travelers have the intention of just passing through 😏. 

There are a few different ways psychic and astral infiltration occurs as a result of intercourse, here are a few that I could think of at the time of writing this:

1. Unconscious Sex: No intentional protection, grounding, or clearing; this can thrust you into an abyss like energy 

2. Soul Ties: Deep energetic cords formed through climax, especially if repeated often (and with the same person) 

3. Sexual Trauma transference: Their trauma implants can spiritually "bleed" into you

4. Sex Magic (non consensual): If someone is using sex to manifest selfish gains without your consent; this can be regarded as a form of energetic vampirism or energetic theft/perversion. 

5. Astral Parasitism: They may be unknowingly hosting an entity that passes to you

When I energetically scan those working with me, I am often able to see evidence of spiritual STDs, but for those that are not currently under the support of some form of energy worker there are signs you can monitor for to determine if you’ve picked up a spiritual STD:

• Feeling energetically off or haunted after sex

• Sudden dreams of your exes, past traumas, or your dark inner world

• Developing perverse behavior or extremely lustful habits 

• Emotional heaviness, especially in your womb or lower chakras

• Losing your spiritual rhythm (no desire to pray, cleanse, create, etc.)

• Heightened self-doubt or “not feeling like yourself”

• Dissociation 

• Rapidly shifting moods ranging from calm to pure rage 

• Sudden or enhanced anxiety; panic attacks

• Hysteria 

This is not an exhaustive list of symptoms, but definitely some of the ones I have observed in my work. 

Okay, we know most people are not going to stop having sex just because of a STD, but they may try to be more proactive in protecting themselves, even post intercourse. This leads me to spiritual hygiene, but particularly with regards to post-intercourse. 

First things first, you should be bathing or washing after sex, this is a large chunk of sexual spiritual hygiene. After that there are several other ways to maintain a healthy spirit/energetic body when engaging in intimate acts: 

• Spiritual Baths pre/post intercourse: With hyssop, rue, angelica root, blue vervain, damiana, or espanta muerto

• Cord-Cutting Rituals: Call your energy back, release theirs

• Womb/Root Chakra Detoxing: Use herbs like mugwort + hibiscus, yoni steams, castor oil packs, foot soaks with sea salt + burdock root

• Prayer + Affirmation: “I release all energy, thoughtforms, and spirits that are not of the highest good.” Or recite Psalm 51 following intercourse and Psalm 91 prior to intercourse. 

• Ancestral Shielding: Ask your spirit team to sever ungodly/unworthy ties

As I mentioned before, sex can be a very intimate, divine and sacred energetic experience when approached with the proper knowledge. Sacred sex creates mutual elevation, healing, and spiritual anchoring, whereas toxic sex binds you through lust, illusion, power imbalance, or unresolved pain.

Spiritually unclean sex is one of the fastest ways to lose dominion, your clarity, confidence, and connection to Source…akin to forfeiting your sovereignty. Every time you merge with someone, you enter their timeline & energetic body, and if they’re walking with spirits of confusion, stagnation, or self-destruction… those timelines & energies try to absorb you. 

We are in shifting times and in a society filled with broken & tortured souls. It is important to protect your energy, your spirit, your soul, by any means necessary, and simply being aware of this spiritual pandemic is a vantage point that many may not have until it’s a little on the late side. 

Be vigilant and intentional, but more importantly lead from the heart & have integrity, especially as it relates to engaging in intercourse. If you only knew some of the demons people were fighting, you would not want to even risk the transference. Your discernment, spiritual hygiene, discipline, and your heart are some of your best forms of protection against spiritual STDs…use them 🙏🏾.
