All Sales Are Final

All sales at TashianaTheSunGoddess.com are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges, and we do not issue refunds.

This applies to all purchases, including:

Seals, candles, curios, and spiritual tools
Herbal products and beverages
Digital products such as workbooks and downloads
Psychic readings, Cardology readings, rituals, and other spiritual services
Custom and made-to-order items

Why All Sales Are Final

Many of our products are prepared, blessed, and energetically charged for each customer, and services begin with spiritual work performed on your behalf. Herbal and consumable items cannot be resold once they leave our hands, and digital products cannot be returned once accessed. For these reasons, we are unable to accept returns.

Cancellations

Once an order is placed or a service has begun, it cannot be canceled. Please review your order carefully before checking out.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. Once verified, we will send a replacement of the same item. This is the only exception to our all-sales-final policy.

Lost Packages

All orders ship with tracking. If your package is lost in transit, contact us and we will help you file a claim with the carrier. See our Shipping Policy for details.

Chargebacks

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy. Please contact us to resolve any concern before opening a dispute with your bank or card provider.
